One objective of our campaigns is to inform the public about the realities of the populations we support. Terre des Hommes Suisse also contributes actively to actions addressing the underlying causes of these situations, in Switzerland and in the World.

Regularly, Terre des Hommes Suisse supports actions of organizations and institutions dedicated to the promotion of a more opened and unified society, both in North and South. We also support referendums, initiatives, petitions and events promoting solidarity development and the respect of children’s rights.
Young people in rural areasCountry life or urban survival? In Southern countries, over 400 million young people live in rural areas. Many of them dream of a better life in the city.
SolidarcommThis campaign encourages the recovery of used mobile phones in Switzerland: raising awareness, collecting mobile phones in corporations but also in public institutions, creating and distributing educational material for young people aged 12 to 19 (exhibitions, games, activities, flash cards). In the South: partnerships to develop to recover and...
0.7% together against povertyThanks to a wonderful mobilization, over 200'000 signatures have been collected in Switzerland in 2007-2008.
